Chippewa County Department of Public Health Asks Residents to Share Health Care

Experiences in New Survey

“We want to understand the struggles our neighbors face so we can make things better for everyone.”

The Chippewa County Department of Public Health has launched a short survey asking residents to share their experiences getting health care. The goal is to better understand how easy or difficult it is for people in our county to get the care they need.

This effort is part of a countywide initiative led by the Access to Care Collaborative, which seeks to better understand the challenges and opportunities in accessing local health services based on what real people in the community are going through.

“Not everyone has the same experience when it comes to finding care,” said Nikki Hoernke, Planning and Strategy Division Manager. “We want to understand the struggles our neighbors face so we can make things better for everyone.”

The survey takes less than 10 minutes, is anonymous, and is open to all Chippewa County residents. What you share will help shape a new report with real recommendations for improving health care access in our area. CLICK HERE TO PARTICIAPTE.
