Eau Claire County honors it fallen military veterans for Memorial Day.
Children and their families from several organizations gathered on Saturday to place American flags on the graves of military veterans throughout the county. Organizers say this is part of the American Legion’s mission to teach kids about the sacrifices veterans made to our country. The volunteers were from Pleasant Hills Go-Getters 4-H, Cub Scouts, and the American Legion.
