Wisconsin is the nation’s top cranberry producer for the 30th year in a row.
The state Cranberry Board says more than six-million barrels of cranberries were harvested last year. That’s more than 60 percent of the nation’s supply. Wood County produced the most cranberries. The industry supports about four-thousand jobs and contributes almost a billion dollars annually.
