The man accused of abducting a pregnant Beaver Dam teen is bound over for trial in Wisconsin.
A judge in Dodge County found probable cause during Gary Day’s court appearance earlier this morning. The 40-year-old suspect is accused of abducting the 17-year-old girl in February. She was reported missing for two months, and was five months pregnant with Day’s baby when the two were found in the Omaha area. Day’s bond is set at two-million dollars. He’ll be arraigned for his Wisconsin charges in early June, and is also facing misdemeanor charges in Nebraska.
