Day Care Owner Charged

A day care owner has been charged after a child in her care had to be taken to a hospital with a brain bleed.

Ashley Hove was charged yesterday with one count of physical abuse of a child, intentionally causing great bodily harm. A doctors report said that the child’s injuries were caused by some kind of physical violence. Hove told authorities that she thought the child had fallen while playing, and when she came back to the room, the child was laying on the ground unresponsive.
