Middleton police arrested a man for his 11th OWI after an officer noticed his high beam lights were on.
The incident took place Elmwood Avenue. During the stop when police pulled the man over, they could smell alcohol coming out of the car and his eyes were glossed over. The man then admitted that he had been drinking. Police took his BAC, and it was zero point one-one. He was placed under arrest and taken to a local jail.
