The La Crosse City Council is set to vote later this week on a proposal that would let the city enter into an agreement with the state of Wisconsin to reconstruct State Road from Losey Boulevard to the city’s east border.
This project would improve the road conditions on this stretch. The city says it should cost about 800 thousand dollars.
