One person is dead after a single-car crash in Altoona.
Police say they responded to the crash scene last night. Investigators say the driver likely lost control and left the roadway, entered a rail yard and hitting a stationary train car. The driver was found trapped in their vehicle and was declared dead at the scene. Police say alcohol and speed are contributing factors.
