A man who was on the Wisconsin’s Most Wanted List is in custody after surrendering earlier this week.
Milwaukee police say 22-year-old Deandre Williams is accused of shooting and killing a stranger last September, then went on the run. Investigators say it was retaliation for the murder of Williams’ teenage cousin earlier the same day. He surrendered to Milwaukee police on Monday. US Marshals assisted in the case.
