Wisconsin is joining in on a lawsuit against John Deere, accusing the company of having a monopoly on repair services.
State Attorney General Josh Kaul says Deere is driving up equipment repair costs for farmers by forcing them to go through authorized dealers. The Federal Trade Commission is joining in on the lawsuit along with Minnesota and Illinois.
