An Oklahoma man gets a plea deal in Eau Claire for child sexual assault charges.
Prosecutors say 62-year-old Billy Pettit repeatedly assaulted a pre-teen girl in the early 90s when he thought she was sleeping. Pettit is pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge. He was sentenced to 219 days in jail, but given credit for time served. No additional jail time is ordered.
