17 year old is being charged with attempted armed robbery.
On Monday night, Anthony Ulvestad was arrested and taken to the La Crosse County Jail after a victim contacted police for a gun incident. They said they were in their car when a suspect came up to their car and broke the window with a gun. The victim was able to drive away and Ulvestad was found to be the suspect. Along with attempted armed robbery, the 17-year-old is also being charged with possessing a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, obstructing an officer and more. The investigation is still active. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for January 24th.
