Governor Tony Evers is declaring an energy emergency in Wisconsin.
Yesterday, the governor signed an executive order aimed at helping the state get enough residential heating fuel. Severe winter weather across the nation and increased demand have caused delays in the delivery of propane and heating oil. Evers’ order temporarily loosens some of the scheduling restrictions for truck drivers who are hauling those products in order to speed up the delivery process.
