Suspect Arrested in Connection to Attempted Homicide

An attempted homicide suspect is now in custody with the Tomah police. 

According to authorities, Tomah Officers received information on the whereabouts of David Hintz, who was arrested after being found in a crawl space in a home in Monroe County.  He’s charged with 1st degree intentional homicide, aggravated bodily harms, and other crimes.  Police say this case is related to the case and arrest of Justin Novak, who is also being charged with attempted homicide after a stabbing on Thanksgiving.
