The Wisconsin Department of Health Services is warning state residents about the dangers of Radon.
DHS officials say about one in ten Wisconsin homes have high levels of the colorless and odorless gas. Radon can cause lung cancer if nothing is done to limit exposure. Health leaders are reminding homeowners and landlords that there are 17 Radon Information Centers offering low-cost test kits across the state.
