Man Facing Charges in Deadly Hit and Run

A man is arrested and accused of a hit-and-run that killed a Dunn County Correctional Officer and injured four others.

Prosecutors say Mark Sokolowski ran a stop sign while driving through the intersection of Highway Twelve and County Highway E, crashing into an SUV.  The Sergeant who responded to the crash recognized the victim as a correctional officer.  Sokolowski and three other people in his car were injured.  He could face 25 years in prison if found guilty.
