A Pierce County man gets five years in prison for his tenth OWI.
Steven Bahr of Elmwood was pulled over last October in Menomonie for hitting a curb, when officers say they noticed he smelled like alcohol. He pleaded no contest to the OWI charge as part of a plea deal. Two other charges were dropped in exchange. After his prison sentence is complete he’ll have five years of supervision.
