We now know more about a fatal crash in Chippewa County.
On Wednesday 11/13/2024 at 1:41 A.M., the Chippewa County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a one vehicle crash where the driver was ejected from the vehicle.
Investigation showed that 27 year old Kyle Baker was traveling northbound on Hwy 40 his vehicle left the roadway, entered the ditch, and overturned numerous times. Life saving measures were performed but Kyle ultimately passed away on scene. Alcohol is suspected to be a contributing factor in the crash.
