Candidates Rally in the Dairyland, Continue Final Stretch Campaigning

It’s the final weekend before Election Day and both candidates traveled to Wisconsin.

Both Vice President Kamala Harris and Donald Trump held rallies in Milwaukee on Friday. Harris actually hosted two rallies in Wisconsin where she promised to give tax breaks to the middle class and restore reproductive freedom in America. She also said Donald Trump’s recent threatening comments about Liz Cheney should get him disqualified from the presidential race. CLICK FOR MORE.

Continuing from that side of the ticket, Barack Obama will be campaigning in Wisconsin this weekend. The former President will hold a rally in Milwaukee on Sunday to support Kamala Harris. The event will take place at the Baird Center and will end before the Green Bay Packers game begins at 3:25.

Across the aisle, Donald Trump spoke in Michigan before hosting his own Wisconsin rally, and said the country could face World War Three if Harris is elected. He told Milwaukee crowds he could stop inflation and begin mass deportations if elected president. CLICK FOR MORE.

Trump will be continuing to travel, campaigning in North Carolina on the final day of early voting in that state, in Gastonia and then in Greensboro. The GOP candidate will then hold a rally in Virginia.

As we inch closer to Tuesday and Election day across the Union, The U.S. Department of Justice is dispensing election monitors to polling locations across 27 states, including Wisconsin.

Personnel will watch for voting rights violations outside the polling centers but will not be allowed inside. Election monitors will be sent to multiple areas in Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Thornapple, Lawrence, and Wausau to ensure compliance with civil rights laws.
