Two new juvenile correctional facilities are being built as plans to close Lincoln Hills move forward.
Governor Tony Evers said today a new youth jail will be built in Hortonia in Outagamie County and another in the Milwaukee area. The governor says the administration is committed to getting kids out of Lincoln Hills, which has been plagued by abuse scandals.
