You can continue to swim at Eau Claire’s beaches, but the health department says the testing is over.
The city/county health department said over the weekend that it is ending its beach water testing program for the year. That means no more tests for bacteria and/or blue green algae. As of the last test, on Friday, all seven of Eau Claire County’s beaches passed their tests with flying colors.
