A man suspected of sexual assault on a Madison bike path has turned himself in.
Police say the young man wanted for grabbing a woman from behind over the weekend on the bike path near Carpenter Street surrendered yesterday. He is looking at fourth-degree sexual assault charges. The woman says the young man grabbed her while he was touching himself inappropriately. Police say the man was riding an electric skateboard at the time and they identified him through security camera video.
