The largest Wisconsin Lottery prize so far this year is claimed.
Richard Kiesner of Wild Rose, Wisconsin, claimed the four-point-three million dollar prize last week. He says he’s been buying Megabucks tickets for longer than two decades. It’s the second time a player won the Megabucks jackpot prize this year — a three-point-five-million dollar ticket was sold in Oak Creek earlier this year.
