The two people who died in this week’s plane crash near Oshkosh were both from out of state.
The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office yesterday identified the two men killed in Monday’s crash in the Town of Nekimi. One of the men is from Philadelphia, and the other is from Brooklyn, New York. They were on board a Lancair Super ES when it went down in a farmer’s field. No one is yet saying just what happened to the plane, or why it crashed. The two men were flying to the EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh. EAA continues this weekend.
