Nash Finch is the winning bidder to purchase all five Gordy’s Market locations.
The receiver for Gordy’s filed documents in Chippewa County Court yesterday naming the grocery distributor as the winning, and only, bidder at Wednesday’s auction in Milwaukee. Nash Finch is currently suing Gordy’s for 46 million dollars for failing to pay money company owed them.
