A new project is aimed at making winter easier and happier in Eau Claire. The Wintermission Eau Claire initiative hopes to eliminate social isolation and increase outdoor physical activity during winter.
The program was created by a Canadian nonprofit and Eau Claire was one of only three cities chosen to participate in the pilot.
