The Eau Claire City-County Health Department is asking for your help to find a dog that bit a boy, Thursday, July 11th, 2024, around 6:30/7:00pm.
The bite happened near the intersection of Erin St. and Birch St. The dog was described to be solid color, dark tan or brown, medium size (approximately 50 lbs.). The dog did not have any collar or leash. No animal owner was observed with the dog. The dog was heading northbound on Erin St. from Birch St.
Health officials need to find this dog to determine its health and rabies status.
