A New Jersey man is looking at nearly 50 felony counts after investigators say he sent nude pictures and nude videos to an 11-year-old girl.
Prosecutors say 35-year-old Mark Uptegrove met the girl, who lives in Rusk County, on Snapchat. He’s being charged with 45 felony counts of exposing a child to harmful material. Uptegrove could spend the rest of his life in prison if he’s convicted on all of the counts. There is no word when he will be brought to Wisconsin to face charges here.
