Ground broke for a new Arbor Place in Menomonie.
State Representative Clint Moses (white shirt, second from left) participated in the groundbreaking for the $5.9 million expansion of the Arbor House addiction treatment facility in Menomonie.
The expansion is specifically for pregnant and parenting women and is being paid for in part by the national opioid lawsuit settlement.
