Forecasters are adding another tornado to last month’s twister-count.
The National Weather Service yesterday confirmed that an EF-1 tornado touched down east of Mount Horeb back on May 21st. The twister was part of a storm that swept across southern Wisconsin that day. No one is saying why it took so long to confirm this tornado. Forecasters say the tornado is the 24th to hit Wisconsin so far this year.
