A daycare employee is in hot water after a child allegedly was exposed to cocaine in southeastern Wisconsin.
The child’s parents took their kid to the hospital earlier this month after noticing several scratches and marks on their body. An investigation later revealed the child had consumed cocaine. Detectives didn’t find any drugs at the family’s house, so they looked into the daycare facility. That’s where they found cocaine in an employee’s backpack. The staffer was arrested. Child neglect, possession of a controlled substance, and other felony charges are being referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
