The president was once again talking about jobs at the Foxconn site.
President Biden came to Racine yesterday to tout the thousands of jobs that will be created by a new Microsoft AI data center in Mount Pleasant. Microsoft is adding to its original one-point-four billion-dollar project, and will now spend over three billion-dollars on both the center and a number of training outreach hubs across the state.
The president says Microsoft will create 23 hundred union construction jobs to build the data center, and create another two thousand jobs over the long term.
