Elijah Vue’s mother is once again asking to be let out of jail.
Katrina Baur yesterday asked a Manitowoc County judge to change her bond from a 15 thousand-dollar cash bond to a signature bond. She’s being held on neglect charges related to her son’s disappearance. No one has seen Elijah Vue since February 20th. Baur says her boyfriend, Jesse Vang, was supposed to be watching the little boy. Vang is also being held on neglect charges. He too remains in jail.
