A man is suing the Chetek Chamber of Commerce for a 2022 ATV wreck.
Dennis Anderson says he was riding his ATV along the ice trail on Lake Chetek the day after the Winter Fest snowmobile races, when he hit a berm and suffered catastrophic injuries. Anderson says the Chamber created the berms for the race, but failed to remove them afterwards.
