President Biden will be in Wisconsin on Monday to announce a new Student Loan Forgiveness Program.
The planned announcement comes after the Supreme Court stopped his previous attempt at a student debt program almost a year ago. The Wall Street journal says the new plan will be regulated through the Higher Education Act of 1965.
