The hearing for a man facing child neglect charges related to a missing Two Rivers boy has been postponed.

Jesse Vang, the boyfriend of Elijah Vue’s mother, was initially scheduled to appear in court today. His lawyers filed a motion to either dismiss his charges or make the complaints against him more clear earlier this week. The three-year-old child has been missing for over a month — he was last seen at Vang’s apartment on February 20. Vue’s mother, Katrina Baur, will be in court Friday afternoon.
