A Nelson man accused of attacking someone with a knife plans to enter a plea next month on an attempted first-degree homicide charge.
A criminal complaint says police received a report 37-year-old Kenneth Teel stabbed and injured a 65-year-old man last September during an altercation at the victim’s house. Police say Teel told them the victim would have bled out if they wouldn’t have gotten there when they did. Teel waved his preliminary hearing last week. He’s facing up to 40 years in prison.
