A Wisconsin-based shoe seller is being sold to a national chain.
Rogan’s Shoes has been purchased by Shoe Carnival for 45-million dollars. Rogan’s started as a family shoe store in Racine in 1971, and grew to 28 locations across Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois. Shoe Carnival’s website says the company operates 429 stores in 36 states and Puerto Rico.
