Governor Tony Evers is expected to ask to keep tuition at the University of Wisconsin system where it is.
Fox 6 last night had the story that the governor plans to ask lawmakers to continue the state’s tuition freeze in his new budget. The station also reported that Evers wants to allow people who are not in the country legally to pay in-state tuition. The governor will deliver his budget later this week.
