Wisconsin is dealing with a massive winter storm that is also beating down on much of the country this weekend.
Freezing rain, sleet and snow has inundated south-central Wisconsin. Forecasters say the northern part of the state will see blizzard-like conditions.
The National Weather Service says early yesterday morning, about a tenth to two-tenths of an inch of ice began settling in the Madison-area. The Southern part of the state is set to get mostly rain, with a chance of flooding. Madison is also at risk for flooding due to the combination of rain and melting snow.
