A Lafayette County man is pleading guilty on 20 animal abuse charges after 200 goats were found deceased on his property.
Kyle and Stephanie Lincicum of Darlington are facing felony 40 charges, including intentionally failing to provide food for an animal and mistreatment of animals. Kyle Lincicum is scheduled to appear in court in February, and Stephanie Lincicum will appear at her sentencing hearing in January.
