A Madison man is heading to prison for sex trafficking a 16-year-old girl.
A judge yesterday sentenced 40-year-old Adrian Edwards to 11 years behind bars. Investigators say he met the girl online back in 2021, and brought her to Wisconsin from Utah. Prosecutors say he then arranged for the girl to have sex with other men, and kept most of the money that he charged. Edwards was exposed after a hotel worker tipped police off in February of 2021. He was eventually arrested in Arizona, then brought back to Wisconsin to stand trial.
