Police say Michael Queensland is being accused of sexual misconduct that reportedly took place at a legislative conference in California last spring. A woman says she had been drinking with Queensland and passed out when she got to her hotel room. She says when she awoke, he was trying to assault her. Queensland says the woman invited him back to her hotel room, that the encounter was consensual.
