A Madison man is sentenced for his involvement in the death of an eleven-year-old. Jerry Ward is sentenced to 15 years in prison with five years of extended supervision in the death of Anisa Scott.
The victim was in a car going down East Washington when bullets were fired from a car Ward was sitting in and hit the child. The shooter missed their target and hit the eleven-year-old instead. Two co-defendants in the murder have already been sentenced to time in prison.
