Wisconsin is one of 17 states suing Amazon.
The suit, filed with the Federal Trade Commission, says Amazon unfairly promotes its own products at the expense of third-party sellers. It also claims the company makes sellers list their products at the lowest price on the web, instead of allowing for competitive pricing. Michigan and Minnesota are two other states involved with the lawsuit.
