Justin Micheal Ausman, 43 years of age, from Barron has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Spooner Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 6th offense.
On Sunday, August 6, 2023, at approximately 7:45 pm a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped a vehicle on County W for a speed violation and unsafe lane deviation. The Trooper observed signs of impairment and a subsequent investigation, including standardized field sobriety tests, showed the driver, Justin Micheal Ausman from Barron, WI, was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant 6th offense. Mr. Ausman was arrested and transported to the Barron Hospital for an evidentiary test of his blood and then to the Barron County Jail.
