Power went down in thousands of homes and businesses Friday night as severe storms blew across Wisconsin.
The storm brought strong winds, heavy rain, hail, and a wave or tornado warnings. More than 25-thousand Alliant Energy customers lost power, including 13-thousand in Sauk County. In the Madison area, MG&E reported more than 12-thousand outages.
