The Numbers Are In…

If you walked the midway, went to see Nelly, or spent days in the animal barns you were not alone!

The Northern Wisconsin State Fair in Chippewa Falls set a record for attendance this year. Fair manager Rusty Volk says just over 121-thousand people walked through gates last week. Volk had hoped for 125-thousand people at the fair, but says he’ll take this year’s crowd with a smile on his face. Volk says two sold-out concerts this year helped boost attendance numbers.
