Two new housing complexes in Menomonie are getting closer to being built.
While flipping through the The Leader-Telegram you may have read reports that the city council voted yesterday to start development on a 53-unit student housing complex on 17th Avenue West and a 96-unit complex on 21st Street. The city must first agree to rezone the land for multi-family, residential use. Both building proposals will be taken up by the Planning Commission later this month.
