The suspect in the firebombing of Madison’s pro-life office is looking to get his federal case dismissed.
Lawyers for Hridindu Sankar Roychowdhury earlier this month filed a motion that says the arson charges he is facing are unconstitutional. He is also challenging the search warrant for his home and his phone. Investigators say Roychowdhury was the one who tossed two molotov cocktails into the Wisconsin Family Action Office in May of last year.
Federal prosecutors say they linked Roychowdhury to the case through a DNA match.
